Daily maintenance of the hydraulic system of the hydraulic power station 

Keep the hydraulic system and hydraulic oil clean. 

2. Keep the hydraulic oil free of water. 

3. Remove air from the hydraulic lines. The bubbling at the ventilation holes of the hydraulic oil tank and the overheating of the hydraulic system indicate the presence of air in the lines. Ensure that all connection joints are securely fastened. 

4. During the operation of the equipment, an increase in temperature indicates that the hydraulic system is worn out. This will reduce the performance of the equipment and eventually lead to system failure. 

5. When operating under a hydraulic oil temperature range of 10℃ to 60℃, it can enhance the sealing performance and the lifespan of the hose. 

Storage and preservation of the hydraulic power station 

Before storing, keep the machine clean. Do not rinse it with water and store it in a clean and dry place. 

2. If the storage period exceeds 30 days, add fuel additives to prevent the fuel from becoming sticky. Start the engine and circulate the additives for a while. 

3. Check if there is any water in the hydraulic oil tank. If so, replace the hydraulic oil. Then circulate it between the tools and the hoses. 

4. Disconnect the tool hose. 

5. If the hydraulic oil filter of the hydraulic power station gets dirty, replace it with a new one.
